Blencowe Resources is a London Listed firm currently developing the OROM-Cross Graphite Project in Northern Uganda. The company released the DFS in December 2025 with an NPV (@10%) of USD1.25B, IRR of 51%. The project currently hosts 64.3Mt in resources at 6.1%TGC and 24.3Mt in reserves at 5.3%TGC. Estimated potential at the project is between 2-3 Billion tonnes. The company has currently only drilled less than 2% to convert to reserves.
The current development proposal is for a Phase 1 plant to produce 20,000t of concentrate (55:45 split between fines and large) with expansion in 50,000t modules as the demand for ex-china material increases. Integrated in the project is a downstream plant to produce SPG.
