Magmatic Resources Ltd

Magmatic Resources Limited (Magmatic) is an ASX listed mining exploration company targeting major gold and copper-gold discoveries in Australia. Magmatic maintains a portfolio of four projects located within the East Lachlan region in New South Wales and the Eastern Goldfields region, Western Australia.

At the Myall Project in NSW, Magmatic entered into a Farm-in and Joint Venture with FMG Resources (subsidiary of Fortescue Metals Group) to progress exploration programs.  Together, Magmatic and FMG are targeting a Tier 1 copper-gold discovery, with FMG agreeing to spend up to $14m over 6 years to earn a 75% interest.

In 2025, Magmatic agreed to acquire the Weebo Gold Project, which comprises eight exploration licences and one prospecting licence.  The Weebo Gold Project boasts a full suite of prospects from advanced drill-defined targets to recently defined surface geochemical anomalies and conceptual targets.

Advanced drilled targets at Weebo include two prospects with extensive mineralisation, including:

• The Ockerburry prospect that extends over 5 strike kilometres with intersections including 4m @ 29.9g/t gold from 8 meters and 16m @ 2.8g/t gold from 52 meters depth down hole
• The Scone Stone prospect defined over 800 metres strike with intersections including 6m @ 4.4g/t gold from 54 metres and 29m @ 1.1g/t gold from 98 metres depth down hole
