Peak Minerals Ltd. has a diversified multi-commodity portfolio of quality, under-explored Australian copper, lead, zinc and nickel assets. The Green Rocks Project near Meekatharra in Western Australia is the focus of the Company. The tenement package is a key land holding within an unrecognised, magmatic sulphide province. Peak has identified disseminated sulphides grading into semi-massive sulphide veins hosted by layered mafic and ultramafic intrusions. Peak is committed to making the first, big magmatic sulphide discovery in the region. Peak has provided a systematic approach to understanding the geology and is ready to drill deeper targets.
Other key projects include the Earaheedy project, 28km SE of Degrussa Cu-Au Mine. Previously explored as a SEDEX deposit style, Peak is now looking at its VMS potential. After receiving government co-funding towards exploration drilling, Peak is ready to follow up successful copper intercepts. With multiple projects in the Kimberley region, the Company has narrowed its focus on the Ilmars Pb-Zn project, looking more closely at its VMS potential. In Victoria, Peak's Yendon kaolin HPA project is shaping up to be a well-rounded contender as a high-quality kaolin and ion-adsorption clay REEs prospect. With a 3.7 Mt resource already existing on the property, Peak is now keen to move the exploration and resource definition forward and get the best value for shareholders.
