Amanda Weir joined Evolution Mining in 2020 as General Manager Transformation & Effectiveness. Her team enables the full potential of Evolution by providing technical governance, supporting operational excellence and leading transformational growth projects.

Amanda has significant experience in mining and major projects and has previously held executive roles in strategy, business planning and major projects. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) in addition to a Masters of Engineering (Mine Management).
