Elizabeth is President of the Australia-Peru Chamber of Commerce (APCCI), Consultant for Peru and Latin America and Director of Global Technology Partners, based in Sydney and Lima.  Career Diplomat and Lawyer, Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy, Bachelor of Law, Master studies in Public Policy and Governance and currently undertaking a Diploma in Business Administration.

Elizabeth’s passion is to promote stronger and closer relations between Australia, Peru and Latin America. Her field of experience is in international business development and trade and brings an extensive network across public and private sectors in Peru and Australia.

Elizabeth has created a career across both public and private arenas. She served in diplomatic and consular Peruvian missions in the former German Democratic Republic, Hungary and Chile, among other roles. Her last Position for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was as Consul General of Peru in Sydney.

The Australia-Peru Chamber of Commerce in Australia showcases and promotes access to considerable opportunities for Australian companies, especially now with the Peru Free Trade Agreement, a new generation agreement that will allow the Australian business community to largely benefit from the best performing mining market in Latin America, with a pipeline of 49 major mine projects, worth over US$58 billion forecast for 2019-28.
