Unmatched by any other mining event in Australia, IMARC hosts the largest number of mining ministers and government officials from around the world.
With the support of the Victorian State Government, the Australian Government (Austrade), and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the number of countries represented at IMARC continues to grow. In 2022 we confidently expect to welcome attendees from over 100 countries, including over 35 nations represented at a government or ministerial level.
This year's IMARC includes a dedicated three-day Global Opportunities conference that features ministerial addresses from participating countries. Highlighting their trade and investment opportunities and providing updates on new policies and plans for their mining jurisdiction.
Participating governments often complement their presentation with a Country Pavilion on the exhibition floor to showcase the requirements, opportunities, and capabilities from various mining countries around the world, highlighting how attendees can engage and collaborate with these jurisdictions to benefit from international opportunities.
