Consep is an Australian owned and managed company headquartered in Sydney with offices in Perth, Vancouver and Kirkland Lake, Ontario. We engineer, manufacture, and supply innovative market leading equipment to the global mining, water, and construction industries.

Consep is the leading provider of solids and slurry sampling solutions for the worldwide minerals industry. Our sampling technology has been installed all over the world, with over 2500 samplers installed. Our technology is designed and manufactured in our purpose-built manufacturing facilities, and we design to meet the exacting requirements of sampling standards. Many of our customers choose to use our services for the complete system supply of the sampling station, including samplers, feeders, collectors, chute work and automation design and supply.

Our metallurgical sampling technology is used throughout the worldwide mining industry, for all commodities, at both plants and port. Consep is the leading supplier of sampling technology to the Australian Iron Ore Industry, where our equipment is used to determine the value of exported iron ore.

Consep is also the leading supplier of packaged gravity gold recovery systems, where we design and supply a complete system including gravity feed screen, Knelson Concentrator and Consep Acacia. Our supply packages often start at conceptual design, completing the test work and modelling services for the design of the gravity circuit. We then design and manufacture the complete package of equipment in house, followed by a services package for the site. This services package will typically start with commissioning, followed by training services and the provision of regular site ‘Health Checks’ by our team of service engineers.

From our research, 20% of the gold production from our active markets valued at over $40B, is produced directly through Consep equipment that is designed, manufactured and supplied from our workshops to 31 countries around the world.

Our design and manufacturing facilities have been tailored to suit the challenging global supply world we currently live in. We design and manufacture our equipment in our own facilities, greatly reducing our reliance on supply chains. Our large and modern facilities include the latest technology in fabrication, including robotic welding; in house blasting, painting and rubber lining; in house automation and electrical panel design and assembly; through to in house assembly and factory acceptance testing.

Consep continues a 32-year long pursuit to develop market leading technology across a broad range of industries. We invest in our personnel to be industry leaders, capable of developing new products and services in response to the changing market. While we continue to make significant investments in our facilities, the biggest investment focus is our people.
