High Titanium Resources and Technology Limited (“HTL”), formerly Queensland Industrial Minerals Ltd (“QIM”), is an Australian public company established on 31 October 2002 to develop the mineralised area known as the Wateranga Project, initially held under Exploration Permit for Minerals (“EPM”) 13278.
The Wateranga Project covers approximately 8,038 hectares and is located approximately 80 kilometres southwest of Bundaberg in southeastern Queensland. The Project’s primary economic focus is an eluvial mineral resource derived from weathered gabbro, containing a range of valuable industrial minerals. Ilmenite is the principal mineral of interest, with other potentially valuable minerals including rutile, scandium, magnetite, feldspar, apatite, mica and zircon. Gold and other rare earth mineralisation have also been identified and remain subject to further exploration.
The central target area of the Wateranga Project is covered by Mining Lease ML80116, which has been granted, and the Project is now progressing towards the production stage.
HTL has engaged a leading institutional brokerage firm based in Hong Kong to support the Company's expansion within the international capital markets.
Since its establishment, HTL has continued to develop its business and advance the Wateranga Project with a strong focus on creating long-term value for shareholders. The Company is committed to operating with integrity and maintaining a culture founded on performance, teamwork and responsible development.
The HTL Board believes that, as the Wateranga Project progresses towards production during the 2026–2027 financial year, the Company is well positioned to establish itself as an emerging participant in the industrial minerals industry. The Project has the potential to supply high-quality industrial minerals to both Australian and international markets over an extended operating life of approximately 30 to 40 years.
HTL's long-term mission is to build a sustainable and successful resources business that creates enduring value for its shareholders, employees and local communities, while contributing to the development of Australia's industrial minerals sector.
