Moonlight Resources Ltd (ASX: ML8) is an Australian mineral exploration company focused on delivering new discoveries and advancing its primary gold and copper exploration assets. The Company holds a portfolio of multi-commodity exploration assets across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

Moonlight’s flagship asset is the Clermont Gold Project in Queensland, where systematic on field exploration is being undertaken across a substantial portfolio of gold and copper targets. Clermont benefits from extensive historical exploration, established drilling access and favourable infrastructure within a long-established mining region.

The Leo Grande Prospect is Moonlight’s most advanced gold asset. Recent drilling, supported by an extensive historical drilling database, has confirmed a broad, structurally controlled gold system and materially expanded the geological and assay dataset available to support delivery of a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate. To date, exploration at Leo Grande has focused on progressively defining the scale, geometry and continuity of mineralisation, while continuing to test extensions along strike and at depth where the system remains open.

Clermont also provides significant copper exploration exposure through the Peak Downs Copper Prospect, located within an area of historical high-grade copper production. Peak Downs represents a second significant exploration opportunity within the flagship Clermont Project, with current work focused on testing priority copper targets and defining the scale, geometry and continuity of mineralisation. The prospect complements the continued advancement of Leo Grande and broadens the discovery potential of the Clermont portfolio.

Moonlight’s strategy is deliberately focused: systematically advance its highest-priority opportunities through disciplined exploration and targeted drilling. The near-term emphasis is on establishing the resource potential of Leo Grande while concurrently testing the broader gold and copper discovery potential across Clermont, including at the Goldfinger and Petersons Gold Prospects and at the Peak Downs Copper Prospect. This provides multiple pathways for new discovery, resource growth and future development potential.
