Prolific Mining Corporation (PMC) is a private mining and mineral exploration company established in 2009 with offices in Miami, Florida, Denver, Colorado, and Green River, Utah. Prolific Mining is currently exploring the PMC Henry Mountains deposit—a gold porphyry deposit located in the Henry Mountains of Utah, USA. The PMC shareholders have injected $48 million into the project over 12 years—additionally PMC is a debt-free corporation. The PMC Henry Mountains deposit is centered on a complex intrusive igneous stock and consists of a structure-hosted gold system that is adjacent to and overlies a Maricunga-style porphyry gold system. Prolific Mining is seeking additional funding to complete an infill and step-out drilling program to expand the existing mineral resource estimate and take the project to a pre-feasibility study for an open-pit cyanide heap-leach operation. The additional drilling is projected to increase the current shallow open pit mineral resource estimate by approximately 6-8 million ounces ($10 – 15 billion dollars) from its current 2 million ounces ($3.6 billion dollars). This estimation only considers gold and does not account for other potential biproducts. The current NI 43-101 has established 110 million tons that leads to a LOM of 11 years at 10 million tpa and ~0.5 gpt Au with the potential to expand to more than 530 million tonnes with additional drilling. The project growth potential is based on the current mineralized footprint established by geophysics and 12,000 assays taken from drilling, channeling, trenching, and surface rock sampling.
