SLon Magnetic Separator Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group Company Limited. Its predecessor was the Equipment Research Office of Ganzhou Nonferrous Metallurgy Research Institute, which was founded in 1952. In November 2002, SLon Magnetic Separator Limited was established settling in the Shahe Industrial Park. In December 2021, SLon implemented a joint-stock reform and changed its name to SLon Magnetic Separator Co., Ltd..

SLon is a state-owned high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of magnetic separation equipment. Its research on magnetic separation equipment began in 1985. It is the inventor of the Vertical Ring Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separator(VPHGMS) and the pioneer of industrial applications. So far, SLon has organized and participated the industry standard of VPHGMS and Centrifugal Separator, won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2004 and 2014, National Technology Invention Award, 26 invention patents and 69 utility model patents, 4 software copyrights, and more than ten national, provincial and ministerial awards. SLon is a national key high-tech enterprise with the European CE certification and independent export qualification, and a leading brand in the magnetic separation industry.

SLon has a registered capital of 150 million RMB. At present, there are nearly 400 employees, 98 of whom owns a bachelor's degree or above, including 21 masters and 5 doctors. There are 10 professor-level senior engineers, 16 senior engineers, and 38 engineers. It has three scientific research and production bases in Ganzhou, covering an area of more than 230,000 square meters, with a factory building of nearly 200,000 square meters. There are a national enterprise technology sub-center, a provincial enterprise technology center, and a provincial magnetic separation equipment key laboratory, the provincial magnetic separation equipment superior technology innovation team and the mineral processing process design team, which is capable of  comprehensive strengths in production and manufacturing, scientific and technological research and development, experimental technology research, analysis and testing. SLon is currently well-known domestically and internationally technical solution provider.

SLon specializes in the R&D and production of magnetic separation equipment, and provides mineral separation test and process design, non-metallic ore iron removal and purification test and process design, mine EP general contracting services and etc. Now it mainly produces electromagnetic separator, permanent magnet separator, centrifugal separator. There are more than 200 specifications of products in four series including intelligent sorting machines(XRT). SLon magnetic separation equipment has been widely applied in iron ore, chromite, ilmenite ore, manganese ore, wolframite, rare earth, tantalum niobium ore, copper cobalt, red mud and other metallic minerals, as well as the non-metallic minerals such as feldspar, quartz sand, kaolin and so on. In addition, SLon magnetic separation equipment has been exported to the United States, Canada, Russia, Australia, Brazil, Peru, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Iran, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leone and so on, with the market holdings of more than 4,000 sets.
