Sunstone Metals (ASX:STM) is an ASX-listed mineral exploration company with two world-class gold and copper assets in Ecuador. The Company has 5Moz's in Mineral Resources and expectation that its two projects will each grow to be well beyond 10Moz's.
The porphyry projects at Bramaderos and El Palmar have the potential to evolve into multi-decade gold-copper mining centres. Both projects are in excellent postcodes that have high levels of community support.
At Bramaderos, the company recently upgraded the Mineral Resource by 33% to 3.6Moz's AuEq and in April 2026 released the Bramaderos Project Scoping Study. The site has a cluster of large gold-copper-silver porphyry systems and is complemented by higher-grade epithermal deposits. All deposits are at or near the surface.
El Palmar has both at-surface and deeper porphyry systems, and drilling to date has demonstrated a similar pathway to a large starter open pit development opportunity.
