Tecknoweld Alloys, the world's largest wear plate manufacturing company, with the production capacity of 3,00,000 sqm/annually further expanding to 1 million sq.mtr / annum. We manufacture plates upto 50 mm coating thickness. We also manufacture Wear Pipes and PTA wear plates up to 20 mm coating thickness. The whole process of manufacturing is end to end barcoded for complete tracebility. We have got world's best inhouse Testing facility equipped with the following :

1. Leco GD 500 Atomic Emission Spectrometer to test chemistries of 82 elements including c and B from 0 to 100 % with .0001% accuracy.
2. Olympus Model No DSX510I inverted microscope with Image Analysis Software upto four phases to evaluate volume fraction of Carbides, Oxidation of Carbides and its spacings upto 2000 times magnification.
3. Leco GD 500 Automated hardness profiling equipment to check the hardness from top to the highest accuracy of 99.99%.
4. Ducom ASTM G65 Wear Analyser at room temperature and upto an elevated temperature upto a temperature of 800 degree celsius.
5. Ducom ASTM G76particle impact Abrasion Analyser at room temperature and at elevated temperature upto 800 degree celsius.
