Our NextGen Senior Program is designed for graduates and undergraduates; inviting the future workforce to connect and engage with industry thought leaders across the entire mining value chain, with sessions related to placement programs, recruitment processes, career path planning and insights from senior executives on their journeys within the sector.
The NextGen Junior Program brings students from primary schools across NSW to participate in engaging activities at IMARC. In partnership with AREEA’s Bright Future STEM Program, our junior offering provides our younger generation of students a comprehensive introduction to the world of Mining and Resources.
