Haultrax hits 100% deployment growth since IMARC 2025

Since introducing its new commercial model, user interface and system enhancements at IMARC 2025, Haultrax has achieved 100% growth in active site deployments of its mining fleet management system, with additional sites already scheduled for rollout.

This has been matched by a significant acceleration in customer acquisition, with Haultrax achieving in four months what previously took several years — representing more than a 24x increase on a quarterly basis.

Demand for the new model rapidly exceeded initial supply forecasts, with the first three HXTag hardware batches fully allocated before stock arrival. This early allocation reflects strong market uptake and reinforces confidence in Haultrax’s updated fleet management offering.

This expansion highlights growing demand for a new approach to mine fleet management, particularly among Tier 2 and Tier 3 mining companies seeking solutions that are faster to deploy, easier to scale, and better aligned with operational realities.

As these operations continue to evolve, there is increasing pressure to improve mining productivity while avoiding the cost, complexity, and long timelines typically associated with traditional systems.

Haultrax’s mining fleet management system has been developed to address these challenges directly. Recent product updates, including a new, intuitive user interface, expanded system capabilities and new rugged hardware (HXTag), have been designed to accelerate deployment, drive faster adoption on site, and improve day-to-day usability across site teams. These enhancements enable operations to adopt the system quickly and start generating value earlier in the implementation process.

By offering a rental-based model – with no CapEx, no lock-in, and pricing structured on a per-asset basis – Haultrax enables mining companies to deploy a mine fleet management system quickly, scale across fleets as operations grow, and adapt to changing production requirements. This approach significantly reduces barriers to entry, allowing sites to focus on operational outcomes rather than system complexity or long-term financial commitment.

This growth reflects a broader shift among mid-tier mining operations towards more flexible and commercially viable technology models. Rather than committing to large upfront investments, these companies are prioritising solutions that can be deployed quickly, adapt as operations evolve, and deliver measurable improvements in mining productivity.

This shift is already changing how mining companies engage with technology providers. As one Haultrax representative noted, “We are no longer seeing the long procurement cycles traditionally associated with mining technology. In many cases, customers are sending through fleet lists as rental requests, and installations are being scheduled almost immediately.

With multiple sites now live and further rollouts underway, Haultrax continues to build momentum, positioning its mining fleet management system as a as a flexible, scalable, and commercially practical alternative for mining operations seeking faster technology adoption and operational value.
