IMARC 2026 LinkedIn Promotion Giveaway

• Eligibility
  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Entrants must be registered attendees of taking place in Sydney from 27–29 October 2026.
  • Employees of Beacon Events and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • Entries must be submitted via personal LinkedIn profiles. Business pages are not eligible.
• Competition period
  • The promotion opens at 12:00PM AEST on 18 May 2026 and closes at 12:00PM AEDT on 27 October 2026.
• How to enter

  To enter, eligible participants must:

  1. Register to attend IMARC 2026.
  2. Promote their attendance at IMARC 2026 by sharing a LinkedIn post using the InGo platform available at: InGo Entry Page.
  3. Publish the generated LinkedIn post during the competition period.

  • Entrants may edit the InGo-generated LinkedIn post before publishing.
  • One published LinkedIn post equals one entry.
  • Multiple entries are permitted.
• Prizes

  There is one (1) prize to be won:

  • Apple 11-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi 256GB with standard glass in Space Black.
  • Prize value: A$1,699.00 including GST.
  • No accessories are included.

  Total prize pool value: A$1,699.00 AUD.

• Winner selection
  • The winner will be selected via random electronic draw from all eligible entries received.
  • The draw will take place at 12:00PM AEDT on 27 October 2026 at:
    International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney)

• Winner Notification and Publication
  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.
  • The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode may be published on IMARC and Beacon Events social media channels, including LinkedIn, within 14 days of the draw.
• Unclaimed Prize Draw
  • If the winner does not claim the prize within 3 months of the original draw date, the prize will be forfeited.
  • An unclaimed prize redraw will take place at 12:00PM AEDT on 28 January 2027 at the same location as the original draw.
  • The redraw winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the redraw.
  • The redraw winner’s first initial, surname and postcode may be published on IMARC and Beacon Events social media channels within 14 days of the redraw.
• Prize Delivery
  • The prize will be delivered to the winner at an Australian address nominated by the winner following the draw.
  • Delivery arrangements will be coordinated directly with the winner.
• General Conditions
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Beacon Events reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Beacon Events reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to State and Territory regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
• Privacy
  • By entering the promotion, participants consent to their name and LinkedIn post being used for promotional purposes by Beacon Events and IMARC.
  • Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with Beacon Events’ Privacy Policy.
