There are a number of ways you can get involved in IMARC, from accessing the conference, to scheduling meetings to delivering presentations.

Register for a 2- or 3-day delegate pass, add on networking events including the gala dinner or confirm your expo pass.

Online pre-registration is essential to attend this event.

• All prices shown are in AUD and exclude and are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax)
• *Mining guests will need to upgrade their pass to be able to send or receive meetings with investors

TICKET INCLUSIONS

• Expo Pass includes access to all 3 days of the exhibition, Global Opportunities conference and complimentary sessions within the Collaboration Arena. Please note that access to catering, delegate lounges, networking events, meeting platform and conferences are not included within this pass type.
• Networking Pass provides access to the exhibition, catering and delegate networking functions, as well as access to the app and meeting platform. Please note that this ticket does not include access to the full conference, only Global Opportunities conference and sessions within the Collaboration Arena are included.
• Mining Guest Pass provides access to the app and meeting platform, as well as the exhibition, Global Opportunities conference and complimentary sessions within the Collaboration Arena. Please note that you will need to upgrade your pass if you wish to access the full conference, or conduct meetings with investors.
• Delegate, Investor and Media Passes provide full access to the conference and exhibition, catering and delegate networking functions on your chosen days as well as access to the app and meeting platform.
• Sponsorship Packages offer the highest level of access across the event, and includes assistance to arrange meetings, in addition to branding opportunities outlined within your chosen Sponsorship package.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

• Mining Guest Passes are reserved for employees of mining and energy companies who are responsible for purchasing, or have the ability to influence purchasing decisions within their mining or energy company.
• Qualified job titles include but are not limited to Procurement Manager, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer etc.
• Approved Mining Guests are required to attend meetings with Mining Equipment, Technology or Services (METS) companies.
• Please note that representatives from companies servicing the industry such as – consultants, equipment providers, contractors etc. are not eligible.

• Investor Passes are reserved solely for investors whose primary job function, investing funds directly into the natural resources, energy or technology sectors. To be eligible for a complimentary or discounted investor pass you must hold no position of employment at a mining/energy company or a company that provides products or services to the industry.
• Qualified buy-side categories include private equity, commodity traders, asset management, investment management, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital, private wealth manager, family office, mutual fund, pension fund, SOE, private investors and HNWI. Please note that representatives from financial advisories and corporate finance providers are not eligible as they are considered service-side.
• Approved Investors are required to attend a minimum of 3 meetings with mining and energy companies.

• Media Passes are strictly reserved for members of accredited media outlets – print, radio, TV, film, news agencies and online media. Only those responsible for producing, broadcasting, writing, recording or creating content will be qualified to receive a pass, such as an editor, journalist, producer, anchor etc.

DISCOUNT ELIGIBILITY

• All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and discounts cannot be combined. In the event that more than one discount is applicable, delegates will receive the discount with the highest value.
• Please note that discounts do not apply to mining, member, networking or student passes, as these are already discounted.

• Group Discounts: Bookings of 3+ delegates will receive a 10% discount off the current early bird rate, bookings of 6+ delegates will receive a 15% discount off the current early bird rate. To be eligible for the discount, all delegates must be booked at the same time
• Mining & Energy pricing, to qualify you must hold a position of employment within a mining or energy company in exploration, production or development. Please note that representatives from companies servicing the industry such as consultants, equipment providers, contractors etc are not eligible.
• Members of AusIMM, Austmine, MCA and AMMA are eligible for discounted rates as advertised. Member discount is automatically applied at point of registration once membership has been verified.
• Student Passes are resserved solely for full-time students, a valid student ID is required during registration.
