Adrian Chapman is the Managing Director of Mining & Metals for Australia, based in Perth. With more than 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across the mining and infrastructure sectors, Adrian leads WSP’s Mining & Metals business nationally, encompassing mine advisory services, sustaining capital programs, and major capital projects.
Throughout his career, Adrian has worked extensively with global construction contractors and mining clients, bringing deep expertise across the full project lifecycle. In 2024, he played a key leadership role in the successful integration of the Calibre business into WSP in Australia, supporting the growth and alignment of the Mining & Metals portfolio.
Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Adrian led the Capital Projects business, where he was responsible for the delivery of large-scale, multi‑billion‑dollar mining projects. This included oversight of projects from early study and development phases through to execution, delivered under a range of contracting models such as EPCM and integrated project teams.
