Charan Valluru

Dr Charan Valluru is National Practice Leader – People Risk Advisory at Aon Human Capital, where he leads a national team delivering psychosocial risk, workforce strategy and safety governance advisory across Australia and the Asia Pacific. 

He holds a PhD in Safety Science from Griffith University and began his career in human factors consulting, partnering with organisations operating in complex, high-hazard and safety-critical environments to strengthen risk management, optimise system performance and improve organisational outcomes. A published researcher and the inaugural recipient of the Sam Beveridge Memorial Scholarship, Charan works at the intersection of organisational psychology, systems thinking, risk governance and executive strategy, helping Boards and C-suite leaders understand how organisational systems, leadership practices and work design influence workforce health, performance and sustainable organisational outcomes.
