Dane Noble

Dane Noble is AECOM’s Industrial Decarbonisation Lead for Australia and New Zealand, supporting resource and heavy industry clients to reduce emissions and navigate the complexities of the energy transition.

With a background in electrical engineering and over 17 years of experience, Dane has been involved in transformative projects including Chevron’s $45B Wheatstone LNG processing plant, Carbon Capture Utilisation & Storage Supply Chain Assessment & Market Study for Infrastructure South Australia and the West Musgrave Hybrid Power System - setting new benchmarks for renewable integration in off-grid mining operations.

Dane combines deep technical capability with commercial insight and a passion for building high-performing teams. His expertise spans hybrid systems, fleet electrification, ESG strategy and the full lifecycle of decarbonisation studies and implementation.

Outside of work, Dane is a dedicated father, wine enthusiast and outdoor adventurer who believes in creating a more sustainable world for future generations. His practical leadership and values-driven approach continue to shape decarbonisation pathways across Australia’s most emissions-intensive sectors.
