As Director, Technology and Innovation, at Weir, Jeremy leads a global team of subject matter experts to deliver new mining and minerals processing technology and solutions to the industry, and leads Weir’s research and test centre network globally. Jeremy began his career as a Mechanical Engineer and then worked in various Project, Engineering Management, Quality, Technology, Innovation, and Functional Leadership roles.
While being part of both business unit and regional business leadership teams, he completed commercial training through an MBA, and technical training in minerals processing, completing a PhD at JKMRC. He continues to support the industry through Adjunct Fellowship roles and research, and is a Fellow of the AusIMM and a chartered engineer.
