Sara Zadeh is a Mechanical Engineer and Senior Specialist Engineer at BHP, where she provides engineering leadership for project development, engineering governance, asset integrity and critical risk management within coal processing operations. Over a career spanning more than two decades, she has delivered engineering studies, operational improvement initiatives and compliance programs across complex processing and mining assets.
Sara combines deep technical expertise with practical operational experience, helping organisations bridge the gap between compliance requirements and field execution. She holds a PhD in Energy Transition from The University of Queensland and is passionate about improving safety and reliability through effective engineering controls and governance.
