Eissa brings more than 31+ years of progressive experience in multiple industries including ICT, Energy, and Healthcare in Saudi Arabia, Middle East, and Africa “MEA” markets. Since 2015 Eissa has been leading and continue to lead large P&L as President and CEO, Managing Director, and SVP for global companies in Saudi & Bahrain. 

On August 2020 Eissa appointed as Senior Vice President & Location Director for Saudi & Bahrain to lead Worley combined business as result of Jacobs ECR division acquisition by WorleyParsons.  Worley is a global fully integrated professional services and project Management Company and a major player in New Energy, Water & environment, Hydrocarbons, Chemicals, Fabrications, mining and metallurgy, and Digital Solution, Worley has around 2000 employees in Saudi& Bahrain to support major projects with Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, SEC, MOE, NEOM, MOE, SWCC, BAPCO, and others.

Prior to that, Eissa joined JACOBS Saudi on Oct 2018 as JACOBS ZATE Managing Director and JACOBS DCSA CEO. Also, throughout his professional career he held several Executive & Senior positions in GE and Saudi Telecom Co. “STC” including: President and CEO of GE Power Services Saudi, Bahrain & Yemen, GE Executive Account Management, GE Power Regional Sales Director, GE Health Care Regional OTR Manager, STC Network Planning General Manager, STC Network Engineering General Manager, and Project Management & Quality roles.

Eissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University, Riyadh. Also, he was certified as Six Sigma Black Belt since 1999. Throughout his professional career he completed many executive training programs covering all aspects of business and corporations such as Advanced Management Program at HENLEY UK 2006, Finance for Executives Program at INSEAD 2007 France, GE Energy Middle East Senior Executive Program at GE Crotonville 2010 USA, GEORGIA TECH CERTIFICATE PROGRAM: business strategy in the energy industry 2010, Manager Development Course at GE Crotonville 2011 USA, GE Middle East CEO Program at GE Crotonville 2014, and Executive Leadership Challenge at GE Crotonville 2017 USA.
