Emilie’s experience spans 20 years of working with industrial companies on their digital transformation within their operations. 

Emilie joined Schneider Electric in early 2023 to lead the Mining, Minersals and Metals Segment in Pacific. She joined from Capgemini where she led Capgemini’s strategic consulting Intelligent Industry capability group - working with clients on their asset, operations and supply chain strategy and transformations. Before Capgemini, Emilie led analyst firm IDC’s mining sector practice of strategic technology advisory research and consulting globally. In this role, working with buyers and suppliers across the mining sector to provide strategic technology advisory focused on operations. She now brings the insights built as an analyst and consultant about the digital and technology choices mining companies must make - as they prepare for the huge changes driven by the energy transition - to the way that Schneider Electric supports it clients within their digital transformations. 

Emilie is a Chemical Engineer with a passion for finding the pathways across the technology ecosystem, and through people and process change. She is a collaborator, enjoying the journey of building the ecosystem, and in doing so building strong performing capablities that can support the transformation journey that mining organisations are on.
