Emma Pollard MAusIMM

Emma Pollard joined Coronado in January 2018 and is responsible for people and culture, internal communications, community relations, information technology, and strategy development for group-level safety improvement and sustainability.

Emma has over 20 years of leadership experience, having led HR teams across Europe and the Australia/New Zealand region. Beyond the full range of HR functions, she brings particular expertise in change management, organisational development, and mergers and acquisitions, gained across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and other heavy industries. Before joining Coronado, Emma was Head of HR, European Operations at Mylan.

Emma holds a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management from the University of Northumbria, an Institute of Management Diploma and a Certificate of Management Services from New College Durham, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland in the UK. She also holds a Certificate in Professional Coaching and is a recent graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
