With proven experience in the mining industry across two technical professions, metallurgy and environmental science, Felicia has worked in many different mining operations across Australia and overseas at the operational level through to senior leadership roles.
Felicia was based at the Fosterville Gold Mine for over 10 years and was responsible for maintaining the community engagement program at the operation and the exploration tenements and was also the lead for environmental compliance, permitting and approvals. The focus on project approvals through the growth period at Fosterville relying primarily on her leadership and communication skill set.
In her current role as Director of Environment and Government Relations – Australia Felicia establishes and maintains important relationships with government, business, community, and indigenous stakeholders, raising awareness of the importance of mining industry to the region and is responsible for the company's Community sponsorship program in the wider community.
Felicia holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Science, majoring in Metallurgy and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management.
