Gavin has a strong track record in the resources sector, having played an instrumental role in pioneering the establishment of an Autonomous Haulage (driverless trucks) technology suite within a prominent multinational mining organisation—an initiative that has since seen widespread industry adoption and fundamentally transformed mining operations through enhanced automation, efficiency and safety.
Gavin's strategic approach to IT architecture and infrastructure helps organisations adapt swiftly to technological change, while his collaborative style ensures technology strategies are practical, scalable and aligned to business goals. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Edith Cowan University, where he was also recognised with Golden Key Honour Society academic achievement.
