Graciela Arrieta is a lawyer with 18 years of experience in the mining and energy industry in both the public and private sectors, specializing in legal matters, institutional relations, and governance. She holds a Master's degree in Mining Law and Public Policy from the University of Dundee in the United Kingdom being Chevening Shcolar, along with international specializations in Canada and South Korea. 

She has served as a university lecturer and is  passionate about promotion and researching about gender in mining and energy industry. She is a co-founder of Women in Mining Peru (WIM PERU) and has held roles as President, Vice President, and Director since 2016. She was the winner of the National Mining Award at PERUMIN 34 in the Social Management category.

Graciela holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Australia Peru Chamber of Commerce (APCCI), dedicated to fostering and enhancing trade relationships between both nations. She also holds the position of Manager of the Hydrocarbons Sector and is the leader of Diversity and Inclusion at the National Society of Mining, Oil, and Energy.
