The Hon. Paul Toole is the Deputy Premier of NSW and the Minister responsible for natural resources. As the National Party elected member for Bathurst, he previously commenced representation in local government in 1995 - and from there - proceeded to the roles of Councillor, Deputy Mayor and Mayor of Bathurst Regional Council.
