Jane Carland is the Managing Director of Castrol for Australia and New Zealand. She has over 30 years’ experience in the energy sector across ANZ, Asia Pacific and Middle East. She has worked in most aspects of the energy value chain including Operations, Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Business Development. She also holds several Director roles.
Jane has extensive experience in the Mining industry, leading the Castrol Mining Sales and Technical team prior to moving into the Managing Director role.
Jane has had the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and energy transition initiatives, providing customers with alternate, lower emission energy options. Prior to her current role, she led the development of LNG as an alternative fuel across Asia Pacific. She is passionate about delivering value for customers and seeing people achieve their potential.
