Jason is Co-Founder, CEO and Managing Director of EMR Capital, a global private equity firm with a focus on mining and energy transition. Prior to EMR, Jason was a Partner in Charge of KPMG Australia’s Asia Practice.
Jason was a Board Director of the Australia China Business Council and President of its Victorian Branch (2008-2015). He is currently a member of the Advisory Council for Asialink Business. Jason graduated with a Masters of Law, Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, Australia, and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia. He is a Fellow of the Financial Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and a Member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI).
