Jill Sears will join us at Connect 2021 to lead an important discussion on culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) communities, where she will talk about the Melbourne Water Pathways program. Jill will explore diversity and inclusion themes through the workforce/employment lens and include an examination of CaLD inclusion through community and customer.
Jill has more than 20 years' diversity and inclusion experience, and as a panel moderator she is one of Australia's most experienced diversity leaders, having worked across the private and public sectors to advance change in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jill has deep knowledge of industry best practice through diverse consulting assignments both as an internal and external consultant designing and implementing diversity and inclusion frameworks and strategies that strengthen organisational business performance and culture. Jill Sears currently heads up diversity and inclusion at Melbourne Water.
