Jim McKerlie has led ASX-listed resource companies through major growth. As Chair of Drillsearch Energy he oversaw its rise from an A$8 million company to an ASX 200 company worth A$750 million, and its merger with Beach Energy, later serving on the Beach board. He chaired Magnetite Mines from 2022 to 2024.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. His appointment brings capital markets and corporate finance experience alongside the Company's founding technical directors as Impact advances from explorer toward producer. Appointed effective 8 June 2026; ASX announcement 9 June 2026.
