Karina is a proud Yupungathi woman with over 14 years of operational experience in production open cut mining, project management and continuous improvement with strong stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to influence and deliver on the company's vision both safely and within budget. 

Karina is passionate advocate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees with a drive to see more first nations employees in leadership roles within the mining and resources industry.
