An experienced resources executive, with exposure across the gold and nickel sectors. A lawyer with 20 years’ experience in both private practice and in house, she couples a broad base of legal knowledge and skills with strong commercial acumen, operational knowledge and a strategic approach. A confident and persuasive communicator, she is able to engage openly with a wide range of stakeholders, and motivate a high level of performance both within and outside of her team. A passionate advocate for diversity and building inclusive cultures, she is a member of the CME Diversity reference group, and has spoken at numerous forums on the subject.
She is the Chair of the Gold Industry Group, a non-executive director of Spare Parts Puppet Theatre Company, and a graduate of the AICD. Her achievements were recognised as one of the 2018 BMO "100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining", a winner at the 2018 Business News 40 under 40 Awards, and as a finalist in the 2017 CME Women in Resources Awards.
