Luke Krois has more than 20 years experience in the mining industry and is currently the Manager - Project Evaluation for Agnico Eagle Mines. Luke is an RMIT Geological Engineering Graduate who began his career with Mount Isa Mines before joining Fosterville Gold Mine.

His career began in technical geology and engineering roles, progressed into operations and management positions and is now entering the business and corporate space. In addition to his time working in the mining industry in Australia, Luke spent three years working at Agnico Eagle’s operations in Ontario, Canada, as Mine Manager at the highest grade gold mine in the world – Macassa – and the largest gold mine in Canada – Detour Lake. Luke is proud to be associated with the Fosterville Gold Mine and Agnico Eagle Mines.
