Matt Denyer

Matthew Denyer is Gomeroi man with ties to southern Queensland. Having worked in government across regulatory, compliance and policy areas he has taken those skills to construction, coal seam gas and now minerals.

Matthew openly says that the reason he does what he does, is so the next generation doesn’t have to fight as hard to achieve the same success he has. Matt’s passions about being in the industry are seeing the next generation of Indigenous entrepreneurs being created in real time, taking practical steps to developing today’s talent pipeline which will see more women and Indigenous people in leadership positions and board rooms across the industry, and walking in partnership with Traditional Custodians to preserve, protect and promote the world’s oldest living cultures.
