Senior Manager

The Palladium Group

Meg is a Senior Manager at Palladium. She is passionate about the transformative power of agriculture, mining and community development particularly in emerging markets where she has spent most of her career. 

Since 2006, Meg has worked in the international development space at UNICEF, Plan International and Business for Development. Her work focusses on creating, supporting, and influencing positive impact in sustainability and the community whilst optimising business performance, and developing cross sector partnerships. 

Working collaboratively, she has designed and implemented agriculture focused livelihood programs to achieve sustainable outcomes; strengthen Social Licence to Operate; meet ESG requirements and support the creation of post-mine economies.
