Musad joined the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources as Deputy Minister of Mining Development in 2021 where he has more than 21 years of extensive experience across industrial, transportation, and insurance sectors across various senior management positions since 2002.

Musad was previously the Deputy Minister of Support Services at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Prior to that, he held two CEO positions at both Tamam & Najm companies and Vice President of Operations at Riyadh Airports. 

As the Deputy Minister of Mining Development, Musad directs the growth and development of global investments into early-stage and high-growth mining companies with commodities of strategic importance to Saudi Arabia, to accelerate their development and deployment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Musad is currently a Vice Chair Board of Directors at Saudi Public Transport Company SAPTCOO and a Board Member at AlTanfeethi Company. 

AlDaood’s robust professional experience rests on a solid academic background where he has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from King Saud University and an Executive Leadership Program from Michigan Ross.
