Paul Lock is the founder and Managing Director of Flagship Minerals Limited (ASX: FLG).

Flagship is a gold and copper exploration and development company which has the Pantanillo Gold Project, which has 1.05Moz Au in resource with ~80% in the Measured category.  Pantanillo is located in the prolific Maricunga Gold Belt, or "The Land of the Giants",  with gold majors Barrick, Newmont, Kinross, Hochschild and others located within a 35km radius of Pantanillo and representing ~65Moz gold resources..

Before establishing Flagship Paul served as a corporate adviser with Everspring Partners, a boutique metals and mining advisory firm.  Paul's professional background also includes various roles in corporate advisory, project, and leveraged finance with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, derivatives trading and high-yield bond investment with Rothschild & Co, and commodity trading with Marubeni Corporation. Paul holds several academic qualifications, including a Master of Political Economy and a Master of International Studies from Sydney University, a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Master of Commercial Law from Macquarie University.
