Richard Simons is the CEO and Managing Director of Liberate Minerals Limited. Richard is a corporate-finance and strategy executive with a career spanning the energy, engineering, defence, infrastructure and transport sectors.
He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of three ASX-listed leaders: Clough, Australia’s largest oil and gas and infrastructure engineering and construction company, NRW Holdings, Australia’s leading mining-services group and Austal Limited, Australia’s home grown defence prime contractor. Richard has extensive capability in ASX compliance, M&A, treasury, investor relations, procurement and commercial governance. He now leads Liberate Minerals through its transition from technology validation to commercial scale implementation, with active engagement across domestic and international stakeholders.
