Sefton Darby is the Strategy and Advisory Lead at Voconiq, an engagement science company that specialises in helping organisations to improve their social performance. 

  

He has previously worked in policy and regulatory roles for the UK and New Zealand governments, for global NGOs, the World Bank and for a number of mining companies. He specialises in social risk, multi-stakeholder negotiations, global governance, and geopolitics. He has worked across the Asia-Pacific, West Africa, and Central Asia. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from the University of Otago (NZ), and a Master’s degree in International Security from University of St Andrews (Scotland).
