Sharni is a Torres Strait Islander woman from the Badu/Erub Island, but was born and raised in the Pilbara, WA on Banjima country. Her role within the IROC Fixed Plant Control is Acting/Step up Supervisor, in Perth WA. Sharni’s goal is to transition into a permanent leadership role.
