Steven Vassiloudis is the CEO and Founder of Novalith Technologies, a lithium chemicals production company leveraging its cutting-edge refining technology to transform the production of lithium chemicals. By simplifying and optimising the refining process, Novalith is enabling lower-cost, faster and more efficient production while helping strengthen global lithium supply chains.
Over his career, Steven has worked in the oil & gas, mining & minerals, and deep technology sectors. He founded and operated a global chemical engineering company specialising in the design and supply of process plants and equipment, including solutions for the lithium and battery chemicals industries. Steven specialises in the commercialisation and scale-up of novel technologies, bringing extensive experience in translating innovation into industrial deployment.
