With more than 20 years industry experience, Tim has an excellent understanding of underground mining from shop floor to strategic mine management.
Tim is both trade and degree qualified, which provides a genuine understanding of technical and people challenges, and an ability to find practical solutions. He brings a niche skillset of tactical expertise that he can apply to multiple operational challenges, including processes and projects.
Not content with maintaining the status quo, Tim will always seek to analyse opportunities and implement changes to shift performance norms.
Tim applies effective stakeholder engagement and genuine passion for building an operation and its human capital. This has led to demonstrated and repeated success in behavioural change in the workforce, as well as developing a greater business understanding in executives, peers, supervisors and work teams alike.
