Tripp Hornick is Principal of Quince Street Strategy, where he helps companies turn national security priorities into funded, executable projects. In 2025, Quince Street clients advanced over $1.4 billion in federal grants, loans, loan guarantees, and letters of intent across critical minerals, energy, semiconductors, and pharmaceutical precursors.
Working alongside TTSE Tech, where Tripp serves as Managing Director, Tripp brings clients the critical-minerals depth of a team led by former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce Richard Steffens.
A recognized voice on critical minerals policy, Tripp has authored papers that informed the Commerce Department's funding strategy, spoken at multiple SelectUSA Investment Summits, testified before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and advised senior officials at Defense, Commerce, and USTR. He previously held C-level roles at manufacturing, fintech, and media companies. Tripp holds a Master of Studies in Law, cum laude, from Fordham Law School and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
