We specialise in crushing and sizing parts and the design implementation of these parts through metallurgical changes to the parts or complete reengineering if required through our foundry all depending on what the issues are that site is trying to overcome, whether it is longer wear life reduction in clay sticking issues or a manual handling issue.

KCL Industries has been supplying crushing and sizing parts for the past 18 years to the coal processing industry. With an extensive background in this industry from being involved in construction of wash plants to commissioning, maintaining and operation. This has allowed us to get a sound understanding of coal processing and how important availability and reliability is to the overall operation of a wash plant. The key issues that have been highlighted are wear life, price point and reliability to deliver a product on time every time, this is something we take a lot of pride in and work very closely with our clients to identify what their issues are that they are having on site and present a solution to them in a timely fashion. All engineering is carried out in house with third party testing of all of our products to eliminate any issues before products are delivered, this gives our clients the assurance and traceability that once engaging our services a solution will be delivered with minimal input required from their end.
