BMC MINERALS LTD (BMC) is a Canadian company with an experienced executive team that have a proven record of discovery, development, and operation of base and precious metals projects internationally. BMC Minerals Ltd is a majority owned subsidiary of BMC (UK) Limited, a private UK-based resources development company.

BMC’s focus is on exploration, development and mining of base metals projects that have robust economics and deliver long-term benefits to both shareholders and communities within which they operate. BMC has offices in Vancouver, regional Yukon communities and Perth, Australia.

BMC is currently developing the high-grade polymetallic Kudz Ze Kayah (KZK) Project located in the northern Pelly Mountains of south-east Yukon. The KZK Project includes a number of high-grade mineral resources including the ABM deposit. Mine development at KZK is premised on the permitting and construction of a mining and processing operation centred on the ABM deposit, from which it is proposed to produce separate high-grade zinc, copper, and high precious metal (HPM) mineral concentrates containing significant gold and silver credits. The Project has a projected pre-development cost of approximately US$495 million and an NPV7% of US$720 million at current long-term consensus metal prices.

The approximately 35,700 hectares of mineral tenure currently comprises seven separate exploration projects within a 50 km radius of the ABM deposit that BMC has progressively acquired since early 2015. The region is considered to be highly prospective for copper, zinc, lead, silver and gold. Since acquiring the initial project, BMC have considerably expanded the Project through regional acquisitions and have undertaken significant mineral exploration activities with a range of technical studies aimed at supporting licensing and development of the proposed ABM Mine.

BMC Minerals and the KZK Project are poised to become one of Canada’s most critical and “new technology” metals producers.
