High Titanium Resources Technology’s (HTL) flagship mineral project Wateranga, has a resource sufficient for a mine life in excess of 45 years at an annual mining rate of 3-4 million tonnes. The project aims to supply ilmenite with potential for zircon, apatite and magnetite by-products.

The proposed mine site is located 30km south east of Mt Perry with an initial haul distance of 160km by road to the Port of Bundaberg. The project area lies immediately adjacent to the Burnett River, within 8km of major power lines and has direct connection to port through state highway.  The current indicated and inferred JORC code 2012 resource estimate totals 69 million tonnes at high grade 5.1% Ilmenite (50A)

While current development is focused on the 15km2 central area (stage 1), significantly expanding annual production in stage 2 in the Northern area is a future company objective.

Current development planning includes on site processing for road transport haulage to the Port of Bundaberg for shipment to Asian customers.

As one of the most advanced mineral sand eluvial deposit in Queensland, Mining Lease 80116 has been granted with all infrastructures in place, including the port stockpile DA approval. Through highly experienced EPCM team plus natural advantages of this project, HTL is aiming to develop this shovel ready project into a production mine in 12 months with low CAPEX and OPEX. With FOB cost of U$80 per ton of ilmenite produced from HTL’s Wateranga Project, and $350/ton current market price, Investors are expecting payback period less than two production years under current demanding market that is expected to remain strong and continue to grow in the future.Project’s key strength:
