Tim has over 15 years' experience in the resources industry, spanning Exploration Geology, Mining Engineering, Remote Operations, Bulk Logistics, and Technical Marketing, before joining BHP's Technology organisation 6 years ago.
He now leads efforts to enable BHP's Global Exploration division in the pursuit of tier 1 Copper discoveries to meet the world's electrification and AI needs. He also coaches on the BHP Xplor accelerator program, which aims to uplift the exploration industry's capability in pursuit of discovery.
